Holiday Blip 3

A day spent walking round the resort of Puerto del Carmen.  It is quite hilly where we are next to the old town and we discovered that the walk down to the beach was much easier than the walk back up to the hotel.  The old town and harbour area are full of little twisty roads and narrow lanes which are in contrast to the new part of the town with wide sea front walks and modern apartment blocks.
 
This is a shot of the beach at the new town, the extra tonight is the ladies entertaining us at the hotel with their light up balls on string.  I think they have a special name but can’t remember it.
