Transformation in Cooking

Today we returned to Colstoun Cookery (where we were bee keeping on Sunday) for our one and only Cookery lesson of the whole course (for everyone who thinks I'm learning to cook :) - we were looking at transformation in cooking and experimenting with 3,4 and 5-way, sprouts, onions, salmon and beef.
