Surprise Sunshine

If we don't get time to get our shutters down (when we're in a meeting or something) then our office can get uncomfortably hot very quickly.  This was taken shortly before I decided to head off home.

Via the doctor's surgery to pick up some machines that will monitor how I sleep tonight.  I would have blipped that but it is very uninteresting looking. 

I'm not convinced that I'll wake up tomorrow with all the sensors on (there are 4 of them).  I know I do not sleep well and as far as I know I never have - I look forward to talking to my doctor about it in February. I'm not planning to sleep that long, that's actually when he has time to see me.
