Boise Brewpub

We had dinner at the 10 Barrel Brewing pub this evening. It's just a mile from our apartment. The beer selection wasn't exciting, but I tried a couple of their IPAs, and they were very good.

The food exceeded my expectations -- best burger ever! Hand formed thick patty, fontina, fig onion marmalade, crispy prosciutto, mayonnaise, sunny side up egg, and butter leaf lettuce. The meat was perfectly pink in the middle, and the mayo was spread on the top half of the bun, which I didn't eat -- that would have been just too much!

The burger was on the special menu, which changes weekly. I told our server that if we lived in Boise, and it was on the regular menu, I would be in there every week!
