The Negotiator

This is a guy who was preparing to jump off The Bridges in Edinburgh at the rush hour this morning, all roads over and under The bridges where cordoned off causing traffic choas. The negotiators are to the left of him on the right side of the bridge parapet. Luckily the guy seen sense and exited the bridge on the right hand side of the picture. The Waverley station roof is in the foreground and Arthur Seat can be seen in the background.
