Disaster

My first attempt at making custard failed. It was undercooked and the eggs were too runny. Not wanting to eat undercooked eggs, I dispatched them down the garbage disposal. Better luck next time. At an elevation of 3500 ft above sea level, it appears that extra cooking time is in order.
