Camel Farm

On the way from Alice Springs to Uluru, we stopped for breakfast at a camel farm. It isn't really a farm, as they don't breed camels there, but rather capture wild ones (of which there are an over-abundance in Australia), train them and sell them to Arab countries for camel racing. They also take in camels which have retired from the racing game here in Australia -- like this lovely one in the photos. You can see that she and her trainer have a loving relationship.
