Neist Point lighthouse, Skye

One of our friends, Jane, lives here. I remember when she bought it, there was a lot of "should I, shouldn't I" but she needed a change. We miss her as she's a lot of fun. Most of our contact these days is on the telephone but we've been up there a couple of times. It looks fantastic but maintaining this place is a lot of work. It's out on a crop of rock and when those winter gales are blowing it can be a fearsome place.
