Still smiling

CJ is coping with his broken toes amazingly well. He understands what is wrong, why they hurt and what he can do to make sure they don't hurt too much. So tonight, while helping S2 with some diy, he made sure his foot was out of the way and on a cushion.

He had another good night, only waking a couple of times but he would settle back to sleep quite quickly. And the day consisted of movies, Lego and racing minis.

We also had to go to the doctors today to have the toes checked and new bandages put on. He was very brave and behaved amazingly - especially as the touching of the toes must have hurt. The report was good - there are no signs of infection, so hopefully they will heal up ok.
