Limbo

A routine Friday.

A good lunch - same as last Friday, and as I'd Blipped it then I haven't Blipped it again.

A good dinner - cod and clementine curry from a Bangladeshi recipe I'd seen made on TV and then found the recipe on the programme website. Quick, easy and delicious. I suspect they don't use cod in Bangladesh, but some other firm fleshed fish.

The weather was very grey, as you'll see from the Blip. The ship is a Liberian registered general cargo vessel. The internet couldn't tell me where it has come from, nor where it's going. Unusual. In limbo.

Maybe it has been delivering bits for the new bridge over the Forth. Maybe bits for wind farms. Maybe bits for the monster new aircraft carriers being assembled up river. The ones which are to project "Great" Britain's status and power (meaning death and destruction) around the world.

Sadly (or happily), the aircraft carriers will go into limbo as soon as they're finished. Someone ordered the wrong kind of planes for them, so there will be a delay while the right ones are made.
