Parkrun Livingston

Started the day with a new PB at Parkrun coming in at 22:28 knocking 7 secs off my previous PB.

Happy with that considering a hadn't really ran for about 3 weeks.

Some last minute holiday shopping today before going to the pub tonight to watch Scotland v Lithuania.
