Stretch Bands

Back Blip

Very busy day with corporate group in and lots of harvest foodies received in to be sorted and dated.

These bands are still adorning the bottom of the stairs and haven't been used for ages.

Arm is kind of sore tonight, pushed it a bit too much today I think.

Too tired to have a soak.
