Saturday at Crystal Springs

If you have never been to Maine before in the fall you should. It is beautiful.
Today we (my band) sang at Crystal Springs farmer's market in Brunswick, Maine. It was a great time. Always a great time there.

People at the marketplace still crack me up. SO many dogs. There are now rules about leash lengths and other things. Thank goodness it used to be awful. Also I hate to say it but........It still amazes me how fashion is absolutely off the wall at a farmers market. Seriously Anything and I mean ANYTHING goes.

Some little girl with a squirrel apliqued (sp?) on her dress offered me a husk cherry. It wasn't ripe and I should have said no. If a random girl with a squirrel offers you something strange Don't do it people.

Music is a great thing at the market. All sorts of people love it. We looked out at one time and 4 people were sitting on their walker thingys. ( you know the ones with wheels). They loved it.
We sing lots of different songs. You know them and would sing along if you saw us. We were singing at the other end of the market so we could sing for the other vendors who don't hear us often. A random man liked us singing "Carey" so he joined in. It was a riot.
We will be back there in two weeks to close out the season. Chilly but a blast. Always.
