Midlothian

An outing with the CTC 40-milers today in Midlothian. Hills mostly, but a very nice bunch of people too. Want to keep fit and keep exercising into your eighties? Buy a bike and ride it regularly.

This looks like it might be the Mining museum in Newtongrange, but if it is, somebody moved the Pentlands. Try it BIG.

It is the Mining museum. I checked the map and I was nearer to Gorebridge than I thought!

Just been trying to keep up with the tweets about the @lympic closing ceremony but the tweets from Padstow are every bit as entertaining.
