The best thing of living in Glasgow or Scotland in general I suppose is that you have wild, uncontaminated nature at your doorsteps. There are never many people around.

I like to drive and today I ventured through the Lowlands doing secondary roads that passed through little villages in Burns territory. So nice to see the heathers in flower.

Our final destination was Drumlanrig Castle that was in the spot line few years ago for the robbery of a Leonardo Da Vinci painting that apparently during this month is on show in Edinburgh.
