Crochet Skills

I met a lovely woman today, who is a fellow cyclist.
She has tricked her basket out with crochet. She thought the basket was just too boring without it.
I told her that I thought it looked pretty nifty.
She is Japanese and was pleased to learn a new colloquialism. I had to tell her that it is not one that is popular with the youth.
I wish I could observe when she tries her new word out ;-)
