Opening

Woke this morning to a grey day (AGAIN) and felt the need for a little colour, not to mention a little optimism after the eye watering embarrassment that was the Olympic closing ceremony...

I just saw this opening geranium bud this morning and was struck by the colour and shapes created by the petals.

Probably better biggified.
