I haven't been doing my exercises as often as I should, it's hard when each lot takes about 30 minutes and should be done three times a day.  Instead I've been relying solely on a series of stretches when the sciatic niggle gets too much.  But it's not good enough and I'm not doing myself any favours - could do better, as my school reports used to say...  But I must do better or I'll have the shoulder and sciatic nerve problems for a very long time.
