I received this cookbook to review today, I love my creuset casserole & I love crockpot cooking so this is right up my street.

Today was a very visceral experience in a fish processing plant - what a fascinating eye opener. Sadly cameras weren't allowed so no pictures of us gowned, netted & wellied up as we toured the factory - an assault on the senses in many ways.
