Same but Different

The tripod and things were still set up, so I thought I would use them again and change it slightly - working on the same theme.

As some of you know I volunteer at the local foodbank warehouse.

Skipping meals, irregular meals or no food available affects you both physically and mentally. Mood swings, poor concentration, worry about other issues increase.

If I've been really stressed, I've opened a cupboard to food but indecision takes over about what best to make. Always have cans of soup in and pasta, so if stuck, soup in pot and a couple of handfuls of pasta added will make a meal.

Changed the 'wall' to Scottish Mental Health Week.
