Home time

Achey legs and arms today following last night's Body Pump class but not as bad as the last time. The logical plan is to keep going so that it hurts less each time. We shall see if that plan comes to fruition. 

A full on day today with four lessons taught - my lovely Y7s being a particular high point; a review meeting in the fifth; assessments discussed and logged over lunch and a meeting at the end of the day before supporting an event. A flying visit made to the supermarket on the way home and this was the time I pulled into the garage. I'm planning on a much shorter working day tomorrow with King Lear to look forward to at the end of it.
