Flying high

At the fishing platform looking towards Nelson under the cloud and Jacketts Island on the right.
It was blowing a strong souwest and the birds were loving battling against it then swooping round and having a free ride.
I was annoyed with myself as I had the wrong lens on and hadn't taken the other one. I missed some good photos that the zoom would have been better for.

The extra shows me wearing the small brooch from Tiny Tuesday. All polished up I think it is plate silver and rather nice. I will now put it in the jewellery box.
