Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens

Situated on the back side of Table Mountain these are highly impressive gardens with masses of Spring flowers on show including Protea, Leucospermum, Leucodendron,Ericas, Palms, Aloe Vera and so much more. Large numbers of birds were flitting about, mostly to fast to capture, but I managed a Lesser Double  Collared Sunbird ( about the size of our Wren) feeding on a Protea - see extra.
