Bodiam Castle....

Another National Trust property that we visited today, just 15 miles from where we are stopping.
A 14th-century moated Castle in East Sussex. It was built in 1385 by Sir Edward Dallingridge, a former knight of Edward lll, built to defend the area against French invasion during the Hundred Years War.

After that we went to Hastings for lunch and a drink, Mrs BM went around the shops too.
