Memories

I was at a networking event in Glasgow tonight, organised by Business for Scotland at 29 Studios' city centre premises.

Pizza, beer (well fizzy water in my case) and gossip. The gossip was about the Brexit carnage.

Good to feel some solidarity.

I drove through early to spend a little time at the Burrell Collection in Pollok Park. I lived in nearby Shawlands from 1982 to 1987, so the building opening in 1983 was a big thing.

The extra is the interior. It was a like a home from home for 4 years. Rodin, Dégas & Cézanne on the doorstep. It's closing at the end of the month for  4 year refurbishment, so it was time to go back.

The Blip is the White Cart at Pollok House. Pollok Park was a home from home too.
