Damselflies

We drove the short distance to Somberleyton Estate with Fritton Lake. A bit of a family magnet, with lots for the kids to climb, swing, bounce and run around in. Our daughter also had a shot at rowing the boat on Fritton Lake. No obvious signs of an Olympian in the making, but nor did she drop the oars into the water which was my obvious concern, so a proud pat on the head afterwards

I also took some macro shots of damsel flies along the shores of Lake Fritton. I hope this example of them doing what comes naturally passes the Blipfoto censors.
