Goodnight from Ottawa

I am here in Ottawa troubleshooting issues at the Mint and National Research.
I've been nervous all week about this and most of the time I am almost perfect in solving issues. I am not a confident person but this job really helps a lot. It is never the same when someone tells you a problem than seeing it in person. I try to get the most information from the customer and I think about it all week. That's my problem maybe because I am scared to fail.
