An Urban Garden

I had a short while to kill before going to my class this afternoon, so I wandered around to look for a garden for another Blip for this week's challenge. And I found several possibilities, but thought that this balcony garden on the 3rd floor of a block of flats was the most interesting. It extends more than double the width shown here. Just goes to show that you can have a garden anywhere.
