Fetsund timber rafting

I got the chance to visit this lovely place after a check-up at the hospital nearby. I was in a very good mood. My arteries are healthy and clean like a young person. Not bad for a 53 old lady like me :-)

Timber rafting at Fetsund is protected as a national industrial monument and is the only preserved of this kind and seize in the world. 800 persons was rafting timber here! It's a museum, but also a wetland reserve. Even on a grey day like today, it's a beautiful place. The autumn colours is stunning all over our area now.
