...a workman was surprised and borderline aggressive just now as he asked me why I was taking a photo of this!  I told him about blip and that I have no ill motive in doing so...just that I have not noticed it before, and find it visually interesting, he didn't laugh at my intended pun!   But, its not till I got home that I thought, he might have thought I was some kind of supervisor taking evidence of his work!

anyway... no prizes for guessing who indeed  Watchers the Watchers!
