Posh crisp

Marking the first stage of our trip to Paris by eating M&S Herefordshire crisps in Anglesey salt; potato varieties include the Blue Bergerac, Highland Burgundy, Red Emmalie and Herefordhire white.

I am assuming this is a rather pretty slice of Blue Bergerac.
