Miss42 and I cooked a lovely dinner for Mrs42 last night.

Vegetable sticks and crisps with humous dip (Miss42 peeled, cut and arranged the veg all herself), a summer vegetable lasagne with a tomato and basil salad with big croutons and then cheat's home made mango ice cream.

Washed down with some of our holiday rose.  For me and Mrs42.  not Miss42.

(Oh - the title - I like this book, but it NEVER takes me 30 minutes to cook his menus)
