Wednesday: Red Cabbage ...

... from my veggie garden! After peeling off all the outer leaves which had been munched by slugs, snails, caterpillars there was a fist-sized cabbage left. Cleaned it up and salted it ready for pickling tomorrow.
Another day of pottering in the garden.
