Spot the dog

It rained all day. I forced myself to go out for a run, although it took a whole morning lying in bed to psych myself up. There is in fact a dog in the photo, a brown and white spaniel perfectly camouflaged with the beach crap.
I'll try to be more positive tomorrow.
