Loaf cake No 1

Having made many, many lemon drizzle cakes over the years, I decided to make something different. This is a Sultana Malt loaf - containing malt extract and black treacle - yum!
Yes, it was very tasty - especially when sliced and buttered!

I also made some mushroom soup, a beef casserole and a kedgeree - not all to be eaten today!
