Penny and a pup

Had a very welcome study break today when friends popped by en route to the borders. Was lovely to catch up up over cake and coffee and let the kids wear Cosmo out.

Sadly yesterday's new laptop purchase had to be returned as it wasn't working and a different one had to be acquired instead. Not such a pretty colour or quite as light but it'll do the job.
