Kruger Park, day four, bulbul

A slow start, as we needed to do a little laundry.  Then we drove along the road that is noted as “one of the best roads” for seeing lion and leopard – with no luck.  We stopped for a picnic lunch at N’wanetsi, where the bulbuls were clearly very used to scrounging food from the visitors.  This one was under our table!  

There was a lovely lookout area, overlooking a small valley.  We spent a couple of hours here, watching birds and terrapin, including a giant kingfisher – see extras
