Hole in my pocket

Up early to take my car in for its mot and service. Then I walked into Kingston, stopped at Starbucks for tea and a croissant (I was too early for the shops). A walk around town and I bought a coat from Next as I had some gift cards to put towards it.

A bus home. The garage rang to say I need 4 new tyres, new battery and brake fluid changed. Sob, sob... together with the service and mot , just a little short of £700. ;**(
