Bread wagon?

2 wheels of my wagon (there are another 2 on the other side) surrounded by trinkets.

This is the base of our gypsy vardo caravan which dates back to c1945 with its iron wheels and solid rubber tyres. We had it painted by a specialist a few years ago.
