Contented Cat

Very interesting this evening trying to photograph the two cats who had (unusually) appeared in the same place at the same time.  Indie was so much harder because he is black than tortoiseshell  Leia (extra), so he gets the spot.

The cats have eaten dry food for most of their life (much less smelly and convenient) but after Leia seemed to be getting thinner last year we introduced wet food, which they go mad for and can't stuff it down fast enough.

It has made us feel quite guilty that we haven't fed them meat before. One plus is that we haven't stepped on any half eaten mice when bleary eyed in the morning...although come to think of it that may be a minus.
