The Bewdley Soup Trail

On the first Saturday of October, in recent years, Bewdley has held a competitive soup trail for the local hostelries to demonstrate their skills. The general public then go round and sample the wares, before ranking them in their order of preference. It's never an easy choice. The local 'rag' recently published the name of the winning venue, and it was this one - "The Shambles" café, which is largely an open-air environment outside the museum, although with limited seating inside. Most outside tables are under a large canvas-roofed area anyway. This venue is closed from early November until some time in March each year as the town doesn't attract so many visitors during that period.
Actually it does open for a couple of days near Christmas so as to participate in the town's festivities.
There are two extras, to show a couple of the other entrants.
