A sauerkraut workout..

As Dave so brilliantly coined it! Who knew it was such hard work trying to get those juices out of the cabbage. This was the afternoon's practical session on fermentation.

My little sauerkraut baby is now sitting safely at home as the magic starts to happen. Guess it'll be a day or two before there are any visible signs.
