Lemons

I have been watching this solo lemon on my Meyer lemon tree for a very long time. The look of a lemon's peel gives some hints of the level of ripeness.My lemon is still green but it's getting closer to that warm shade of yellow telling me it's time to pick. So what do I do with only one lemon to comsume? Do I slice it and use it as a splash of citrus in my drinks, or do I make lemon Piccata chicken, or how about a lemon poppy seed loaf? Whichever method I use, I am certainly going to enjoy my one lemon!
