The BEE GEES

The Bee Gees were brothers who became a highly successful pop group from the '60s. They grew up in Redcliffe, a seaside town north of Brisbane where now they are regarded as local heroes. A laneway  has been dedicated to them, with these life-sized bronze statues and their songs broadcast over a loudspeaker all day. [Must be hell for nearby residents!). [/i]
Their music is not to my taste, but at least, it isn't the brutal stuff that passes for pop music today.  Their songs are sentimental and about love and you can even find a melody there ...if you listen well!
