Minestrone

On a close, rainy, foggy, dull and generally pishy day, what's a girl to do?

Make Minestrone of course!

Just need to get some onions, celery and carrots when I'm out filling the cupboards again.

Shower first though, now I'm all caught up with my blips (have back blipped almost a week!) then supermarket, make soup, tidy and possible settle down to watch another episode of White Collar!!!

Contentment will be achieved on the completion of my soup chomping. Or should that be slurping?!
