Chain reaction

Another sculpture in the City, this one in the shadow of the Cheese Grater. It's been there for some while but it caught my eye again this morning. It's part of the installation called Of Saints and Sailors 2016 by Benedetto Pietromarchi. If it's a talking head I wonder what he would  would be saying?!! Get knotted? Pull the chain? Heads you win/lose? Suggestions on a postcard to............
