Stayed with the Steed's this weekend whilst Grace, David and their parents were away.

Today was eventful. (as was the whole weekend actually!) In the morning the girls lost their hamster and eventually figured out he'd gone down a hole behind the toilet! So we left treats for him in the hope he'd come back to eat them.

After lunch we went to the park, it was beautifully sunny! Then we did a bit of shopping in Woodley and had a drink and cake at Costa. I also saw someone I used to work with so had a catch up with her which was really nice.

On the way home we ended up walking through some kind of crime scene! We had no idea what was happening but there were loads of police cars and an ambulance and people warning us not to go that way! A policeman let us go through but we couldn't really tell what was going on!
When we got home we printed off some Disney pictures for the girls to colour and had a fun colouring session around the dining room table (listening to Disney music as well of course!)
After dinner we watched a film, put the girls to bed at a good time (not like the night before!) and had a relaxing evening. The hamster didn't show up though...
