Another day spent mainly indoors with coughing and spluttering children.

I was feeling a bit pants, still full of the cold and achy.

Finally managed to get the kids out the house and along to the park for a kick about then a wander through the Botanics.

Home, shower, dinner, Suicide Squad and a lemsip.
