which has dried

is my offering to you today - i hope you like it - i hope you enjoy the delicate intricacies of the petal itself - i suppose before having my own orchid plant - it never would've occurred to me - to try & dry any of the petals as they fell off the plant - i just figured they'd dry up & shrivel into tiny nothingness - what would that be worth?

but one day 1 petal fell off which i didn't realize had done so - until much later - well by then it had already dried into this fabulous shape - i simply loved which made me do one of those, 'huh' kind of things - you know what i mean? - i know you do - the rest - well the rest has merely led to many...
