The perceptual floor lamp regions

A) What is going on in the photo?
a) The photo that I chose for my human geography photo journal is of 5 little regions on my bedroom floor with a small ,skinny, low ,light lamp. It was taken at 6:01 pm on thursday october 20th 2016 (A day for school). There are 5 main regions in the photo, one having a sock next having a wire for the lamp,  another has a lamp shining facing downwards and 1 more with a shoe and a last one more with just plain carpet and mostly darkness. Ezana Solomon took the photo.

B) How is it related to a specific human geography concept from current or previous units?
b) The photo I took is related to the specific human geography concept of a perceptual region because it is up to a persons subjective feelings and views of the region between what is clearly a darker/lighter than another. It can not be defined objectively what is dark or light in around the fading areas of the light tht slowly get darker from the inside and lighter from the outside. It is because of all this I have labeled the circle of fading light the perceptual region.

C) Link the image to one of the 5 themes of geography with an explanation of how it relates.
c) My photo relates to the human geography concept of region because of the divided places on the floor in my photo that all are somewhat different from one another. Their unifying features are that all of theme surrounding or being in a lamps light range. The way the regions change over time are when somebody temporarily moves the light to walk by or somebody turns off the light to save power when nobodiy is in the room using it.
